HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO RENT A DVD ?
Our plans start from Rs. 99.00 per DVD for three days. This includes delivery and pick up charges. Membership is free. There are no other hidden charge.Our most popular plan is "Platinum Club" Rs 1199 per month unlimited DVDs and seven DVDs at a time.In case of TV series we send all the discs to our Platinum Club members no matter how many DVDs are there in the TV series.Also Platinum Club members get priority in case of new moviesThere are other plans too.Please refer to "Join Now" all the current plans are listed there.
WHAT IS THE COLLECTION LIKE ?
We have a wide selection of movies — everything from classics to new releases. As a member, you'll be able to choose from thousands of titles — much more that the collection of a typical video store. Our web site is available 24 hours a day and makes finding great movies easy. We offer powerful movie search and many categories to browse through. We have the largest collection in India.
CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS ?
Yes, you can change your delivery address by logging on to your account and go to your profile.Change the address you have provided there and your DVDs will be delivered to that address.
CAN I CANCEL ANYTIME ?
Yes, you can easily cancel your membership anytime, online, 24 hours a day. There are no cancellation fees. Return all DVDs you have.Just log on to your account and click"Drop Out" link.Your refund(If Any) will be processed within seven days.There are no partial refunds in case of monthly or yearly plans.
HOW SHOULD I HANDLE THE DVDS ?
Handle DVD disks by the outer edge or the center hole. Try to keep dirt or foreign matter from the disk. Return the disk to the protective plastic insert and sleeve immediately after use.
THE DVD SKIPS, CAN I CLEAN IT ?
You can clean a disk by wiping it with a clean cotton fabric in a straight line from the center of the disk toward the outer edge. You may use DVD cleaning detergent, window cleaner, isopropyl alcohol or methanol to clean the DVD. You should never clean a disk in a circular direction around the disk.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO DAMAGE A DVD ?
Yes it is possible. To prevent damage to the DVD, you should not touch the surface of the DVD. Nor should you bend the disk. Disks should not be exposed to extreme heat or prolonged sunlight.Also if you had bben using pirated discs for the long time,there are chances that your DVd players lense gets damaged and it damages orriginal DVDs too.
I RECEIVED A MOVIE I DIDN’T REQUEST. WHAT SHOULD I DO ?
If you receive a movie that you did not request, it will be picked-up as per schedule. Please email us at support@moviemart.in or enclose a note so that we can track and fix the error when we receive the disk. We will credit the rental fee back into your account so that you can rent the movie you want to see without paying extra.
THE DVD I RECEIVED DOESN’T MATCH THE MOVIE LABEL ON THE SLEEVE.
If the DVD doesn’t match the movie label on the sleeve, it will be picked-up as per schedule. Please email us at support@moviemart.in or enclose a note so that we can track and fix the error when we receive the disk. We will credit the rental fee back into your account so that you can rent the movie you want to see without paying extra.
THE DVD I RECEIVED IS BROKEN OR FAULTY (I.E., IT SKIPS OR DOESN’T PLAY).WHAT SHOULD I DO ?
If the DVD is faulty it will be picked-up as per schedule. Please email us at support@moviemart.in or enclose a note so that we can track and fix the error when we receive the disk. We will credit the rental fee back into your account so that you can rent the movie you want to see without paying extra.
I LOST/BROKE YOUR DVD. WHAT SHOULD I DO ?
If you’ve lost or broken a DVD, please inform us immediately by calling us at 011 41444877 or by sending us an email at support@moviemart.in We will charge you the replacement cost of the DVD,

You can see your order history by clicking on you “Your Account” on the site after you sign in to the site.
HOW MANY MOVIE TITLES DO YOU HAVE IN YOUR LIBRARY ?
We believe our DVD library is the largest in India. The movie library is updated with new titles regularly. If we don’t have a title you’d like, suggest it to us by sending us an email to support@moviemart.in
HOW MANY COPIES OF EACH TITLE DO YOU HAVE IN YOUR LIBRARY ?
We carry multiple copies of each title in our DVD library. The demand for individual titles in the library is monitored and new copies are added as appropriate.Normally we buy hundreds of copies of new and popular movies
WHAT REGION CODES ARE THE DVDS IN YOUR LIBRARY ?
The DVD library consists primarily of region 1 and region 5 movies. Almost all DVD players sold in India are multi-region players. As long as your DVD player is a multi coded player, it should be able to play all of our DVDs.
CAN I CHOOSE THE REGION CODE OF MY REQUESTED DVDS ?
No. In terms of inventory and shipping, we do not differentiate between different region codes of our DVDs.
MY DVD PLAYER CAN’T PLAY THE REGION CODE OF THE DISK YOU SENT ME. WHAT SHOULD I DO ?
You can ask an electronics technician or the shop from where you bought your DVD player to program it to play DVDs of multiple regions. DVD players have dropped tremendously in price recently to below Rs. 5,000, so might consider buying a multi-region player.
I DIDN’T RECEIVE THE ACTIVATION EMAIL. WHY NOT ?
Your email program or provider may have incorrectly treated our email as spam. Go to your SPAM or BULK mail folder, find our email, and then add our email address to your address book.
I’VE CHANGED MY EMAIL ADDRESS WITH YOU. IS MY ORIGINAL PASSWORD STILL VALID ?
Yes, your original password is still valid.
I FORGOT MY PASSWORD. WHAT SHALL I DO ?
Click on the link “Forgot Password”. Your password will be emailed to you.
WHAT IS WISH LIST ?
If a movies you wish to see is currently not available it will get added in your wish list and every time you log in you can check if that particular movie has become available now or alternatively you can make your wish list and it will show available or not available next to each movie in the list.
DO YOU ACCEPT CASH OR CHECKS ?
If you are a Delhi/NCR member we do accept cheque or cash,however other cities member pays only by credit card.

WHAT HAPPENS IF WE MOVE TO ANOTHER CITY ?
Your membership will be transferred to that city.Just send us email with your new contact details and we will change the delivery address.
