2. Select your plan and fill in your details.

3. Your account will be activated in maximum one to three hours time,if you have registered between 11 AM to 10 PM.

4. Book your movies

• If you are a Delhi/NCR member,our field executive will bring your movies and receipt if you have selected cash or cheque option.We do not wait for clearance of the cheques as we trust our customers.
• If you are a member from other cities your movies will be sent by TNT courier.They deliver in most of the cities next day otherwise following day.

DISPATCH

• We are the only service in the world which allows you to select your own movies.No need to make queue and you know exactly what you are getting.We have put our whole inventory on line.
• Once your account is activated you will get a system generated confirmation mail.
• Log on to your account ,select your movie,click rent this movie.If the movie is available you will get a pop up confirming your request is added successfully.And if the particular movie is not available it will go to your wish list and whenever it becomes available it will show"Available" next to the movie in your wish list.
• Or alternatively you can create your wish list and it will show "Available"or "Not Available" next to your selected movies.You can book the available movies by clicking "Rent This Movie"
• If you are a Delhi/NCR member your movies will be delivered in one hour in most of the West and South Delhi areas.All other areas ,if you book the movies by 2 PM ,these will be delivered same day before 9 P.M.We work all seven days from11 AM to 10 PM except national holidays.We also close every last Sunday of the month for stock taking.You can also call us and book your movies
• If you are  a member from other cities,all movies booked before 4 PM will be dispatched by TNT courier.You will get a system generated email informing you the names of the movies dispatched,courier airway bill number for tracking.TNT delivers next day in most of the cities,otherwise max in two business days.They do not pickup or delivers on Sundays and on national holidays

RETURNS

• Once you have seen the movies you have, log on to your account and click "Account details"
• If you are Delhi/NCR member you will see a white check box next to the movies you have,click this box and click"Return DVDs" link at the bottom of the page.This white check box will disappear and the system will allow you to book your next movies.Our field executive will bring your next movies and collect the previous movies.
• If you are a member from other cities.Call toll free number of TNT provided on your return envelope.They will come and pick up the movies.Log on to your account and click "Account Details".Click the white check box next to the movies ,fill in the airway bill number of TNT and click "Return DVDs" link at the bottom of the page.You will get a copy of system generated mail which will have dispatch details of the movies you have sent back.The system will allow you to rent next movies as per your plan.Once we have received the movies returned by you ,we will dispatch your next requested movies same day.Again a system generated mail will be sent to you with all the details.
